The West End Orthopaedic Clinic Operatory is a
state-of-the-art, same day surgery facility, developed and operated by the physicians of West End Orthopaedic Clinic and used exclusively for their patients.
Conveniently located behind St. Mary’s Hospital in the Medical Office Building West, 5899 Bremo Road, Suite 204, in Richmond, Virginia, the Operatory is a private facility designed to facilitate the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.

The mission of West End Orthopaedic Clinic Office Operatory is to provide highly skilled orthopaedic care of musculoskeletal problems in a technologically advanced facility.
Goals include the following:
To achieve the highest patient care standards for outpatient surgical care facilities commensurate with those accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Health Care, (AAAHC) the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO), and the requirements of the Medicare certification program.
- To seek and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and healthcare quality.
- To provide for measurable improvement in surgeon efficiency and productivity.
- To attract and retain experienced and capable surgical and recovery support nursing staff and highly qualified anesthesiologist physician coverage.
